The BSCC clubhouse, kitchen, and grounds are available for member-sponsored private events — family gatherings, anniversaries, work retreats, and celebrations of life. Rustic, capable, and right next to the woods.

For events that need outdoor space — pond, prairie, and trails. Range activities are not included with rental.
Rentals must be sponsored by a member in good standing. The member is the point of contact and is responsible for the event.
Rentals are scheduled around club events and member use. Submit your inquiry well ahead of your date to confirm availability.
The clubhouse must be left as you found it — kitchen cleaned, floor swept, garbage out, lights off. A walk-through happens before and after.
All renters sign a liability waiver. Alcohol policies follow Minnesota law and the club's rules.
